Justice are Xavier de Rosnay and Gaspard Aug' and are part of the Ed Banger Records stable from France.

The band came to commercial prominence in 2006 with the release of 'We Are Your Friends', a track which sampled 'Never Be Alone' by indie band, Simian. The band went on to achieve further commercial success with the release of the 'D.A.N.C.E.' EP in May 2007 with the album following a month later.

The duo has been successful at the MTV Europe Music Awards, winning three awards: "Best Video" for "We Are Your Friends" in 2006 and "D.A.N.C.E." in 2007, and "Best French Act" for the band, also in 2007.

The band continue to play to packed houses all around the world with a huge, lighted cross being the centrepiece of their stage presence.

Justice are also nominated in the Best Dance Recording ('D.A.N.C.E.') and Best Electronic/Dance album categories in the 50th Grammy Awards in 2008. "ACross the Universe" is a live album and documentary film by the duo on their North American tour.
