KANOs Method To The Maadness

As we draw closer to the album release date, Kano Mania set in! Method To The Maadness will be released on 30th August preceded by lead-single 'Upside' ft Michelle Breeze, out 23rd August.

As expected, Kano surpasses the already sky-high standards set by his previous output with Method To The Maadness, his fourth studio album and most accomplished, heavyweight offering yet. Kano’s lyrics, which remain characteristically entertaining throughout, touch on the
funny and fun-loving yet also explore darker, more reflective territory via the record’s recurring theme of madness. Sonically, Method To The Maadness is unashamedly built on hip-hop foundations and incorporates dancehall, grime and synthetic, electronic sounds to devastating effect.

There is a whole host of sterling cast who produce and feature on the album, including producers Boys Noise, Chase & Status & Hot Chip. On the vocal side we have Jamacian dancehall stars Aidonia and Vybz Kartel...UK grim artist Ghetts and Wiley and  much much more!

To celebrate the release of Method To TheMaadness, Kano will be throwing a London launch party on 1st September at Bush Hall. Kano is also embarking on a UK tour in September – here are the dates;
